Project Manager/Customer Care Specialist

Headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL, Envision Lighting Systems, the leading lighting and controls representative for western Florida, seeks a Project Manager/Customer Care Specialist. This team member will be primarily involved with managing the day‐to‐day projects for an assigned set of customers. They will work closely with our project quotations and sales teams to support jobs awarded to Envision.

You will be exposed and challenged by numerous opportunities and play a vital role in achieving our customers’ expectations and objectives. Essential Responsibilities:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Update quote after receiving approved submittals
  • Review drawings and work with the factory to finalize
  • Enter orders and ensure order accuracy
  • Provide weekly ship schedules for open projects
  • Processing of RGA’s and claims on open projects
  • Listen to customers and determine their needs

SUPPORT SALES DEPARTMENT

  • Maintain an up‐to‐date detailed open order report with ship dates
  • Expedite sales orders
  • Assist in problem solving with orders
  • Responsible for all paperwork being completed and within the required timeframe
  • Maintain accurate Oasis information for all projects entered
  • Provides add on quotes and part change prices

What We’re Looking For:

  • The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work well independently and with team members and possess exceptional time management skills. The ability to learn quickly along and demonstrate critical thinking skills is required.
  • Knowledge of lighting, project management, customer support or other related fields is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, and manufacturer specific programs desired.

Salary:

Negotiable, commensurate with education and experience
